Our freedom supportSupport team is, quite simply, the best. Learning a new software program always seems like a daunting task. When you need help, we’re here. Our Support team is U.S. based, and you’ll always talk to a live person during our normal business hours; 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday. Live Support is FREE and UNLIMITED for the first 60 days.

We’re pretty confident that 60 days is all you’ll need to feel very comfortable with FreeDOM, but if you need help past that, we’re still here. You can optionally purchase a support plan for future inquiries if you wish (see details at the bottom of the page), or you can take advantage of WebHelp.

For the self starters, FreeDOM offers WebHelp. WebHelp guides you through the setup process, teaches you how to get up and running quickly, and has in-depth tutorials on just about everything. Each FreeDOM Help topic provides step-by-step, easy to understand instructions, richly illustrated with screen shots of every step of each procedure.

Past your initial 60 days of FREE, unlimited phone support, FreeDOM offers the following paid support programs (Bronze, Silver, and Gold are on a per year basis).

Per Incident $50
Bronze Support – includes 10 support calls $300

Gold Support – includes unlimited calls $1,500
